Cancellation Policy

Customers can request order cancellation before the order is shipped.

Once the order has been shipped or handed over to the delivery company, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, the customer may follow the return policy after receiving the order.

RATNOR may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, customer details are incorrect, payment is not confirmed, or the customer cannot be reached for confirmation.

For prepaid orders cancelled before shipping, the refund will be processed according to the refund policy.

For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated cancellation or refusal of delivery may affect future order acceptance.
