Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.


To be eligible for return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with tags and original packaging.

Returns may be accepted in the following cases:


  1. Wrong item received
  2. Damaged or defective item received
  3. Size issue, subject to availability and item condition
  4. Product not matching the order details


Returns will not be accepted if the item has been used, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging or tags.

The customer may be responsible for return delivery charges unless the issue was caused by RATNOR.

To request a return, the customer should contact RATNOR customer support with order details, product photo, and reason for return.
