Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for eligible orders according to RATNOR’s return policy.


If the returned product is approved after inspection, the refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible. For Cash on Delivery orders, refund arrangements may be made through bank transfer or another suitable method agreed with the customer.

Refunds may take several business days depending on the payment method or bank processing time.

Shipping or delivery charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from RATNOR, such as wrong item, damaged item, or unavailable product.

RATNOR reserves the right to reject refund requests if the product is used, damaged by the customer, missing tags, missing packaging, or not returned within the allowed return period.
